There is an absolutely mint Trabant in my suburban Chicago town. 

More so than any other vehicle I’ve driven, I have to make sure I position this car in hopes other drivers can see me. 

Nothing drives me more insane than seeing people crowd handicap spots themselves or worse, accessible vehicles.

Once you realize they’re good for moving yourself and all your crap around (and you accept automotive anonymity) it’s liberating to know the van is the right tool for that job.
