I have relatives in Indianapolis.  Last year one posted about a house going up for sale just down the street from her.  The cost for a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house with a good-size yard was just slightly less than what I paid for my 600 sq. foot condo in DC....

My boyfriend (partner?) lives in Crystal City, with his apartment pretty much across the street from the spot Amazon is supposedly considering.
