We're going into our third year of flat salary increases here too. Bonuses are still there though, which is nice. Even if they are at a lower funding than what they used to be.

I will never forget my first full time job after college. I had heard all these discussions about holiday bonuses, and being a wildly underpaid, nearly to the point of poverty level, underling at this company I relished the idea of a couple hundred extra dollars to help me get through the next month.
