Hmm 24 pounds is not much... 3 months ago I would have been able to use them, kind of, but just training for that period, I now do 50 pounds, and it’s going to keep going up. I guess if you do lots of reps it might work but for quickly building muscle, not so much...

I’ve always wondered why soccer can’t go to the video after the fact and deliver cards for this kind of stuff and diving. To me, it would cut a lot of the bullshit out that refs legitimately might not be able to see
