This is something I really don’t understand. Baylor was pretty clearly offering women to high school players as a recruiting tool. Why isn’t the NCAA at least looking at that angle? Schools making any kind of payment or presents to recruits sets off the alarm bells, but this isn’t an issue for the NCAA?
