Kat's story sounds very familiar as I, too, ran into this problem when working at a steakhouse chain; many customers failed to understand that T-bone and porterhouse were one and the same.

natgeo is one of my fav Instagram accounts to follow.

Same thing happened to me this year when I got back from a cruise vacation. I had some color (which, let's face it, is mostly just my freckles coming together for a party), but mostly tan and sunburn-free...and my friends couldn't believe it, even though they know I am only two shades: pale or lobster red.

It really is well worth it to go; my fiance and I went during our Operation Theme Park Tour in 2011 (seven days vacation, seven days of Orlando theme parks. It was an exhausting blast). I'm the bigger Harry Potter nerd, but we both had so much fun; the level of detail is amazing (for instance, ATMs were labeled as

I am so jealous! I love the Weasley Twins, they're my favs <3

English major in college who knew I wanted to write and work in communications for a living. However, I graduated in '06, pretty much when newspapers were starting to implode and shrink their newsrooms. Since I knew I'd eventually move back to NYC, having a master's would make me a more competitive job candidate.

My master's degree in Journalism that is hanging on my wall is quietly weeping in the corner.

I absolutely agree with your assessment. And I'm right there with re: Sidney Crosby; the thought alone gives me the shivers.
