I do think this is could be very clever, but wonder how long before it becomes irritating. This episode had some high points (the title sequence, the Greyjoys as the swim team), but it'll be interesting to see if they can find their own clever voice, with adapting the situations and storylines of GOT/ASOIAF, instead

I'm still not buying the Aegon is actually Aegon. Sure, everyone say it is, but look who put that in motion: Varys. Now, don't get me wrong; Varys is one of my favorite characters. But I really want to see more proof Aegon is actually Aegon and not someone they've trussed up as Aegon to have a legit claim. Because I'm

This is a hugely popular theory (I agree with it). But I really don't want Jon and Dany hooking up.

that's awesome! i just re-watched the mighty ducks (haven't seen it in years, but was in a hockey mood following the NYR win) and was like holy cow! i forgot little pete was in this!

Seriously! It's beyond frustrating. If they did a Marvelous Land of Oz movie...*sigh* one can dream.

THIS. THIS x1000.

+1 seriously. wow.

It's like something I recently read (in Stephen King's essay on guns — it's excellent and definitely worth the download to Kindle/iPads/whatever BTW) concerning a reputed quote about Gerald Ford: "If he saw a hungry child as he walked to work, he would give that child his bag lunch without hesitation, then go ahead

several of my friends were at last night's game, all in different spots in the Garden (400s, 200s and right behind the net) , and all of them said it was one of the most horrifying injuries they'd ever witnessed at a sporting event. (hell, it was horrible to watch on TV). one of my friends (the one behind the net)

the slapshot deflected off another player's stick.

+1 so much.

I love Ryan Baby Goose as much as the next girl, but I do. not. like. this. movie. At all. I'm just not a chick flick girl and I gag at sappiness. What irks me more is the utter predictability of every Nicholas Sparks novel and subsequent movie. There is zero imagination/thought process to it.

+1 i love the shortbread cookies.

well played, well played.

exactly! i couldn't help but think maybe she had an apprentice artist tat her up there. i have several tattoos, simple, with lettering and more than a year old, and they look light years ahead of this new one.

oh tribrontodactyl..that me stifle a laugh at me desk LOL :)

tribrontodactyl...so had to stifle a laugh at my desk for that one :)

absolutely. i realize tattoos aren't for everyone, but all my ink is done well. as are a majority of my friends' tattoos.

imagining LiLo as a Shakespearean scholar makes me giggle!
