half of the joke is simply that the sound of a motorcycle sounds like pooping - hence why it appears when you go to the toilet (sitting)

that was just them getting the game out - They’re actually running a pretty heavy TV Ad Campaign in the UK right now across quite a few channels and dates.

Even way back since Talk Tonight - Noels work is best when it’s stripped back raw - it might not be musicially proficient but damn if it doesn’t flow with emotion

Trying to get the bill/cheque can be stress though.

I just can’t see it being classified as gambling - there’s too much at play; even just the way games are marketed would be severely limited and I just can’t see it happening. Plus, like the UK Investigstion said - you’re not actually making any money.

Really enjoy your opinions on shooters! You’ve got such good knowledge/terminology on the “feel” of the mechanics. Weighting is a big factor personally so nice to hear someone discuss this

Would cook a whole BBQ for the comment section to get ungreyed 🙃

Kirk, this was such a fantastic piece to read. You (+Jason) from Kotaku, Yoh from DJBooth and The Ringer’s Shea Serrano are some of the greatest writers the internet has together - truly gripping and thought bending stuff.

I handle TV ads for different broadcasters and I can tell you that Nintendo ad campaigns some of the highest quantities for video games - you just don’t see them as much because they target a much younger audience and tend to leave their campaigns on kids channels and stuff.

There’s actually a really good article on how Jake One put together the second half of the track, which delves into the sample and getting around the Mechanical Copyright of it

Actually, just recently I went with a friend to GAME so they could order the Collectors Edition of MGSV - it’s been sold out for a while but suddenly came back into stock.

This is definitely top five Em verses of all time, just above his we all die one die verse. The extended metaphors in this are rediculous.

After Radioheads Just, this is probably my favourite video ever. The behind the scenes from Meeting People Is Easy is.. an experience let's just say that.

The Carter album series + the Dedication/Drought series are among his best in my opinion.

seen him twice in London 02 and he was amazing both times!

Yannick your song choices are beautiful. Keep 'em coming.

the Shrapnel in his head (the horn) coupled with the low hanging belt (the tail) is supposed to represent the demon in BigBoss, which is supposed to be a major theme.

Fission Mailed ?!

Wait, so a grown man climbed into a box, stood up, and walked around while still in said box and fooled a bunch of trained killers with a cut out, but the immersion was only ruined when it became apparent the models were from the wrong decade?
