Hearthstone needs some form of single player progression for new players to earn legendary cards.

Then don’t agree to a ToA where it explicitly states this isn’t allowed? Access to the game is not a right - your play experience isn’t your own. Players doing this ruined the experience for countless more players. That’s a serious bit of crap.
