The PS4 is slowly winning me over with each announcement of support. I could care less about their smoke and mirrors presentation they gave earlier.

Question is, is Retribution going to be F2P? If it is, that could help sales if a F2P game that is good, is being shown off on their new shiny console saying "If you buy this do-hickey PS4 over here, you getcha' own free game with it!"

Is it possible to interview a ps4 game developer and asks them to talk about port from pc to ps4 or viceversa?

This is really the important question. If PS4 comes out of the gate swinging a bunch of GOOD f2p titles, then ... That's kind of a "whoa" moment.
