Kotaku hasn't mentioned anything about PSN. It's news, just as this is. They're both online services for their respective hardware.

There will always be a certain amount of luck to it, you can almost never calculate these things accurately in a video game, but you do need skill to land these with the correct movements and speed. If you have the game yourself, try them and see how far you get.

Well, you can still buy a tank at level one, which I have mixed feelings about. On one hand the rank requirement makes the vehicle more rare, which is generally good for a tank, but then again how are low-ranking players ever supposed to fight back?
