Why is this the first (maybe second) time I've seen this? I've been looking for an abbreviation better than Xbone, though now I have to get out of the habit of using Xbone...

Ya'll got me already, though you'll have to kill off my friends to get me to go PC exclusive.
Only attention it got is from butthurt feminists lately
Oi, you must be MasterRace's twin brother, yes?
That's good proof to stop people saying that games were running on PCs, but that's not exactly the proof I'm looking for. Something that debunks Jonathan Blow's claim about PS4 devkits, which I'm still inclined to believe due to him actually working with one. I never used his tweets to attack the Xbone.
First-party titles have largely been shown off on Xbone hardware, ever since E3.
I have yet to hear about that and I'm sure that news would've been pretty large. Without links and a way to find said info, I'm just not going to believe you. Frankly, I appreciate any and every amount of ammo I can get to use against fanboys.
Forgive me, it's a website that's probably biased towards Sony, but at least they can't make up quotes and it was the first search result that came up.
The plan to have Xbones function as devkits will be implemented sometime in the future, after the console releases. It's my understanding that devkits have largely the same specs as retail consoles, sans some extra RAM. That makes them closer to performance compared to a virtual space.
What can feedback do? It's not like they're balancing anything, or implementing a crowd-sourcing system. It's a new feature that they have a clear goal with, the only purpose the beta serves is to stress this new system.
Wait... this sounds exactly like how it works on the 360 and, to a lesser extent, the PS3. The Family Sharing plan for the Xbone was supposed to allow multiple people to dip into the same library at once, so long as nobody was playing the same game. This isn't the same, the lender can't play while lending.
It's not unreasonable. It depends on how drunk the guy is, what words he used, and how much of a human being he is.
We're talking about history that goes back to the launch of the consoles, back when Microsoft did care. Back when they support new JRPGs and even FFXI on the 360 without a subscription. FFXI wasn't playable on the PS2's slim models, and there was nothing to show for the PS3.
What do JRPGs have to do with this? I was talking about cross-platform compatibility, FFXIV is just an example.
Right, I didn't think it was hard. Sony just has less barriers up at the moment.
Source? That makes me sad, they're still restricting things to an exclusive group... an exclusive indie group, granted, but still...
Indie games have to go through the ID@Xbox program, that's a fact. Why they didn't go through it is unknown and I'm not going to get specific, as the reason I gave was general.
I dislike running on assumptions. :/
There's stories from both sides, and I'm not going to act like the ID@Xbox program doesn't exist. They didn't see it as being a worthwhile effort.
