Well, they did say things like population count will be lessened significantly on current consoles, and I'd that's accurate based on how little we see in the way of citizens.

Uh... oh! Serious Sam! SERIOUS SAM! Do I win a prize?

Does it change the character? No, but if Lightning had massive boobs that bounced with every movement, then it would be seriously hard to take her or the game creators seriously. Ghost In the Shell is something that does fan service pretty well - for the most part. You rarely, if ever, think she's a lesser being

Not really. People just think she, as a character, might take a turn for the worse, based on her creator's attitudes.

The best guess for now is that it's reserved for both the present and future. as memory will be important late in the console's life.

Those titles would have to be ported. There is no magical fix, the reason why cross-buy works with the PS3 and Vita is because developers actually develop their game for each system.

The last Tales game localized didn't sound so great, Ni no Kuni doesn't seem worth it's full price, and Persona 3 quickly became very mundane and repetitive. So I passed on P4 and P5 isn't out. I don't have a 3DS and I don't plan on buying one.

The problem comes from it's multiplayer, they don't want you to pause the game for anyone else, but I could see it happening offline. It doesn't ruin the game in any way though, despite it being a part of gaming for a very long time now.

It would be nice, of course.

Swapping equipment wasn't a problem with a safe area, or an area that was cleared of enemies. It is an extremely dark game, so I could see that, though I don't think it's fair to call it "too complicated". There was just a lot of smaller things out there that functioned as side quests, or special treasure. Things that

Oh there's no changing me, as I'm sure there's no changing you. I didn't expect a vast open world with so, so, so many choices, or whatnot. Just something better than a tube filled with monsters and every single shop condensed into a floating tablet. The battles could only carry me so far... looked purty though.

Well, Square is one of those who obsesses too much over their visuals as well as mechanics. Which sounds great for potential JRPGs - my problem with them currently is that most of the game is glossed over for mechanics - but I'm done with Final Fantasy, after being burned by XIII.

Sure, but that standard of quality should extend to the game engine as well. I dropped Dark Souls because of the game's horribly frame rate (something which other fans acted like wasn't an issue in Demon's Souls) and I ignored Record of Agarest War because of the same problem.

Play on PS3 and very ocassionally on PC, have no idea what you mean by "PS3 community".

No, he complained that they didn't change enough. Which is a broad but arguably true statement.

He says some stupid things, but he's not racist and nor was his comment. It was out of context, and later Keiji Inafune agreed with him.

Digital distribution didn't bother me one bit -I download every PC game and I now occasionally download PS3 games - but Microsoft's decision to make the Xbone a completely digital console was silly and dumb.

Will that GPU last me a good 5+ years? Possibly, though I'd be worried buying anything with less than 2GB of RAM, and they plan to keep this thing kicking for another long cycle.

I played around with Big Picture mode, and I instantly considered it. Then I realized just how much of my library has controller support, and then I realized that I probably have to buy a new GPU soon. So I decided to buy a PS4, and apparently it's going to be a great $400 investment.

It will most assuredly be better than PSN on the PS3. We'll need tests straight from the systems to see how they perform, though I doubt they'll be Steam's speeds.
