You're quickly getting into an argument of semantics, if you put any sort of money into a project then you're very much "investing" in it. Assuming it then gets completed, or if something significant comes out of it.

Or just make it Buy to Play, which is what The Secret World, Guild Wars and Defiance went with.

Eh, ZeniMax just got confused. Peoples were asking for a multiplayer game, not a MMO. As in maybe a bit of co-op. MMOs still aren't advanced enough to offer the same kind of experiences.

So long as she doesn't misuse them, I don't see the issue in expanding one's vocabulary.

This isn't a case of the resources not being there, for their last two games they used middleware from Sony. They don't exactly have to choose one or another, obviously they won't target 60 frames for consoles but they shouldn't let the game turn into a slideshow.

I'm guessing you died again?

Maybe? The server setup for Demon's Souls was nice despite the fact that it sort of went against what From wanted. It was nice being able to play with friends and compete in tournaments though.

Considering people beat NG+7 as SL1, you are not "boned".

Japanese studios aren't particularly known for their great optimization, and the PhyreEngine is showing it's age, even in Journey. From Software needs to do better, and stop settling with "good enough" performance.

Odd, I remember hearing SCE Japan had a significant amount of input with Demon's Souls....

So....how about the frame rate? For being one of the biggest complaints leveled at both games I'm surprised everyone keeps avoiding the issue.

Backwards compatibility has been consistent with Nintendo's handhelds, bonus points for never taking it away.

Well Microsoft is partly to blame for that, while Nintendo has been the biggest supporter of backwards compatibility all three of them kind of dropped the ball and couldn't fully commit.

Of course the concept was talked about behind closed doors, both at Microsoft and Sony, and not commenting on rumors is something every company does if they plan to release details at a later date.

He's not trying to save her, he just wants to stay with her.

It's sort of funny, I think, how things have progressed so far. I honestly appreciate the fact that consoles have this odd side effect on PC games where they usually tend to come out more optimized, which has allowed me to play Skyrim on High and BF3 on Medium, despite the fact that I have a tri-core CPU and 2GB of

I suppose that phrase has lost it's meaning then. Ah, well, it's like calling the PS4 outdated.

"night and day"? You don't think that's exaggerating things?

Sure they will, not everyone can catch a Snitch.

Oh, right, unconfirmed rumors.
