I don't think they want you to replace your entire homes electrical system like that. It's to add more functionality to the lights you have or to add a switch where you don't have one. Why would you count your light switches?

I have a couple Wemo devices that work just fine, they are about $30-$50 but they are making more and more products every time i check.. The thing I didn't like about this is hearing that the BATTERY will last a few years. Seems sealed and not replaceable, why would i bother with that?
