That's an Irish Goodbye.

THANK you. "I'm not a witch, I'm your wife!"

One of my "I only sing this in the shower" songs came up randomly on Pandora the other day and it weirded me out. It's been so long since I've heard anyone but me sing it with awesome tile acoustics.

It's not called Port Authority.

That's a really good idea. But I reserve the right to be crabby about the fact that S5 never made it to Prime, deal?

Would love to catch up on Boardwalk Empire but unless they somehow put up season 5 before they take it away forever, guess I'm SOL. :(

As soon as Aunt Lydia came on screen, I said "Oh…it's The Trunchbull."

Sebastian Bach doesn't either, apparently.

I'm a few years older than you, also started wearing glasses in '89 or '90. Mine were seriously SJR glasses…big red frames. When my older siblings and I look back at pics, I say at least I was a little kid and had no idea about style…you guys were at least teenagers. Tsk tsk.

Counterpoint: Hansel/Hedwig doesn't *want* to be a woman. It's just a means to an end, a way to get out of East Berlin.

The fact that Jim Steinman has worked with Andrew Eldritch, Meat Loaf and Celine Dion always delights and mystifies me. I mean…you can definitely hear the connection but I wouldn't have landed there on my own.

I like the story where Christina Applegate ditched Pitt at the 1989 MTV Movie Awards to go home with someone else.

The whole time she and Jonathan booby trapped the house, I was thinking of Nancy in the original Nightmare doing the same to Freddy.

Yes. The last day of her free life, shown just after the last day of her life in prison.

Agreed re: Maritza & Flaca. At first I thought they really broke down in tears while talking about looking good/sad on camera. Then when they started laughing I was like, ok I hate you guys right now.

Goddamn this show. Ouch.

Couldn't help but think of all the times the kids on That 70s Show climbed/fell off the water tower, someone page Vause.

I flashed on the joke Soso made earlier in the season about Poussey being the only person in the prison smaller than herself. Foreshadowing-ish?

Poussey jumping up to Suzanne's defense made me think of Suzanne beating her up at Vee's behest. And yet P was the one to get involved in that moment. This episode really destroyed me.

You just made me realize that Uzo played Glinda the Good in The Wiz Live and Suzanne says that Glinda is her favorite in The Wizard of Oz. I see you, OITNB writers.
