That's the best way to choose a book, though! When a publisher puts a bad cover designer on a book, it's a sign that they think the book sucks.

That's what I meant they would do, just modify the IW engine further. I would be genuinely surprised if the next-gen Call of Duty was on an entirely new engine. If Activision chooses to do it, then good for them! They would be injecting some much-needed technical innovation into the franchise. But Call of Duty has

That's a good joke! No, I don't think even the next-gen consoles will get a new engine.

You mean EVE? Only if they add levitating magnets.

ABS plastic, which is what Legos are made from, "melts" at 105C. CPUs shut off at 100C.

If they moved production in the US, you'd think the stockholders would be HAPPIER.

Have fun implanting circuitry in yourself.

Oh, sorry, I only looked at the poll after I voted. Never mind.

It is on the list.

Mine is a pitiful 1280x1024, because I still use a 19" Samsung LCD from 2003. I'm buying a 23" Dell UltraSharp soon, though.

A camera, a ship, or some kind of little robot on wheels. My faith in guesses is in that order.

Keep in mind that a heart is artificially replaceable, and blood must come from a living person.

The Observers make bad decisions. Example: Peter.

Wait for their explanation before writing the reboot off. The episode drops you in the middle of a story that must be sprawling by now.

Graphics cards generally don't exceed 250W (300W if you overclock the top-of-the-line card.) In that case, you might want to bump it up to 700W or so. But a kilowatt? Way too much power.

That's the first I've heard of that. Source?

They always exaggerate PSU requirements, because some PSUs can't meet their rated wattages. I just ran a simple AMD A8 + GTX 580 setup through the eXtreme PSU calculator, and with system load maxed out and 30% capacitor aging, it recommends 550W.

You have got to be kidding me. A kilowatt PSU would be wasted on a system like that. If you're building a PC with one GPU, you shouldn't need more than 600W. You should only need more than 600W if you're going SLI or CrossFire. A single-GPU system probably won't quite reach 600W even if you max out everything and run
