As far as I know, they mean Yahoo Screen. I have only used it on the Roku to watch Other Space (speaking of MST3k people) and it seemed a bit clunky, but workable. The address they give is: https://screen.yahoo.com/mst3k and that seems to be a real thing that already exists.
