I dont think Abby's reaction was a misfire, I think between her lack of sleep, her brain issues, the horror of what happened with the Grounder that got fried and finding out he wasn't even guilty set Abby over the edge. Potentially losing her child was one trauma to many in a short time frame with huge consequences…
