These fumes emanate from both food particles and the enamel lining that coats the oven interior.”  No.  Food particles, certainly, but the lining of the oven is designed to tolerate this heat. If you find some grit on the oven wall when you wipe it out, it is oxidized droplets of food, not the “enamel”. The lining is

Any interview with Plaza that doesn’t have audio is pointless. Half of her charm is her blasé “why is this even happening” speaking voice.

Headline: Don’t use your oven’s self cleaning function

Now you can give the kids dead hamster the Viking funeral you always wanted.

I’m offended by the dress pics but only because that silhouette doesn’t flatter his hips at all.

No big loss for this dude it isn't like The Voice has found successful singing stars.

I’d guess you actually use a singular “they” more than you might think you do. It’s actually pretty common usage. Think of when you’re asking after an unknown partner of a coworker, for instance - you might say something like “I heard your spouse was sick - how are they doing now?”  No one would assume you meant that

“I personally have a problem with the use of ‘they’ as it is so linked with a plural to me.”

Singular they is a gift from the transgender community and you should embrace it. Not only useful for people who are nonbinary, it’s also great for when you have to refer to someone of unknown gender, such as a person who is unknown like “When they entered the apartment, the fire inspector knocked over a vaseor a

Without sounding in any way critical or dismissive, I have literally never touched the share button except on accident. It is, simply, a mindset that is completely alien to the way I experience and love games. I’m super happy that people like it though.

Huh?

Thanks a lot, Sony. I take more accidental screenshots on my Switch controller than... something. I take a lot.

Also I’m clumsy, but mostly it’s Sony’s fault for kicking off the trend.

lol i have not used the share button once and will not ever

The share button sucks ass and should never have been added. It forced devs to use the touchpad as a select button (the touchpad is also garbage). Sony should have gone MS’s route and ADDED a button for the share feature, rather than REPLACE an existing one.

I only used the share button once, because I thought I was pressing select

I have never, not once, used this button on purpose. It’s far more annoying than useful to me as it brings up the media menu, taking me out of the game and wasting my time. Is it really that popular? Am I in the minority here?

Hey, it’s that button on my Switch I only press accidentally!

“Oh my God", I said out loud, after reading the Depeche Mode line.

“I recognized this game. It was called Galaga, originally published in 1981. It involved shooting down hordes of aliens inside a space ship. I had a pretty high score, but not as high as the high scores I had in games like Missile Code, Defender, Centipede, and Asteroids Deluxe, which are also arcade games originally
