D’uh!

“Hey Steven, how about next time you ask me first?” ~ Person in the other half of Steven Novak’s duplex

Because they all live next door to each other (except for Kenny) and in 3rd and 4th grade that’s basically how you choose who your friends are.

“Why do Stan and Kyle hang out with Cartman” is the absolute dumbest criticism of South Park I’ve ever heard and I’m pretty sure you are 100% alone in being outraged at *that* of all things.

adding this to the top of my list of “stuff I can’t watch now but maybe in a few years after the trauma of the last 3-4 years has faded,” like the documentary about the guy who killed his wife and daughters. I plan to have a knot in my stomach for at least the next 6 days at least so it’s just not a good time.

If the name Joe Dante is on it, it’s pretty good.

It makes more sense when you remember that paroling is a thing.

She never said those 7 minutes were continuous.

That’s where Melissa is at her best, along with people who seem normal but then have some incredulous moment or reaction. She was much funnier in her brief moment in the Trump ad where she talks about how she doesn’t want to have to go back to caring about her kids. Melissa is a decent impressionist but she doesn’t

Shoulder shrug. I don’t even what there is to criticize. Men and women travel abroad to get laid, engage in fetishes. I don’t really care as long as they aren’t forcing anyone. Willing/consensual sex! How dare they?

That Villasenor bit on Update was fucking hilarious and I have no idea why the audience was so dead on that. She needs to be given more sketches where she can just be weird as hell.

The opening political skits are just killing the show. They’re too long, not very funny and because they feature all guest stars, don’t even feel like the same show. It also can’t be said enough that Baldwin’s Trump is not even close to resembling real Trump. They’re sucking up a lot of oxygen that could be given to,

Yeah, I wasn’t super comfortable watching the sketch — especially how long it went on — but Adele totally breaking at “you can feel it in your stomach” was hilarious...

A randomly silly SNL is refreshing. Not everything needs to MEAN something. Since next week is the Halloween episode and Mulaney is hosting, that we get an even heavier dose of silliness.

Honestly, if they weren’t leading off the show each week with eleven utterly dire minutes this would be a great run of episodes.

It’s a good one. I’m still partial to “Dolt 45.”

my daughter calls it “the downstairs Muppet Babies” because our TV/VCR is in the basement

I have no idea who Scott is even after reading this article, so yes?

“No one knows more about wind than me”.  That was the line that gave me the ‘this universe is a joke’ laughs.

Here I was, thinking that the missing touch was the stubbled, smarmy face of a middle-aged white guy.
