Honestly, I wish I could’ve gone to this. I was diagnosed with Celiac this week and I have no effing clue how to fill the void that Girl Scout Cookies and a crusty baugette used to bring me. The only comfort I have left, my sad box of Cheerios, has been recalled. I agree, Ellie, this is a sad life.

I’m sad I didn’t take a picture, but I made a pretty good plate of sides tonight. I was diagnosed as gluten-intolerant this week, so I’m still trying to figure out what to eat and couldn’t be bothered to go shopping so I threw together just a few, carb-y side dishes and dug in.
