I’m inclined to agree. It implies that literally hours elapsed without a single cop driving by.
The chip shortage is so bad people are stealing 8086s now.
She can’t be channelling Tracy. There aren’t any rust holes big enough to flinstone that thing.
It’s Garage 54, so you never know. lol
What the fuck did they use for oil? Peanut butter? Also, anyone living in a cold place who doesn’t have and use a block heater, is an idiot. I have an 18-old-Tundra that runs 5W 30 year-round. It spends its winters in an unheated, uninsulated garage. The inside temp is the same as the outside temp. This year we had…
If you’re towing, you should raise it back to stock height. I’d also recommend a cheap set of air bags in the back to keep the trailer and truck level while towing.
...and then make it a 7 seater.
Ford Mustang owners are used to spending over $1k for 19hp...
Toyota’s are like eating vanilla ice cream in a mid 80's Buick.
Meh, that’s actually not even a consideration.
If car costs rose at the same rate as salaries, there would be plenty of people purchasing $19,000 performance cars for fun.
Spent $21k and you have nothing to show for it at the end? I’d never do that in a million years. You could have bought a BRZ new in 2013 and you’d still be able to sell it for $12-13k today with 100k miles on it. I don’t see a world where that lease deal makes sense.
“If Toyota truly wants its other performance cars to be as unique as the GR Yaris, then perhaps it should consider going it alone more often. Or, I guess don’t, and live with those consequences”
It didnt even occur to me the front could have as much power as the back! I can see why you’ll want push to pass. That’s going to be hilarious fun to use
So really, not too bad for a top tier rebuild plus an ad-worthy finish.
This just goes to show that there are many ways to Jalop. I appreciate that we have a 1,000hp hybrid Porsche build to watch, on the same website that we also get to see David Tracy MacGuyver his $500 Jeeps across the country with nothing but elbow grease and sheer determination.
Or maybe a custom-shop $1000 caliper rebuild ON A 20-YEAR OLD 1000 HP FRANKENPORSCHE is the most Jalop thing ever.
