I have never understood Jalopnik’s fascination with this guy. There is nothing here to shake me from my belief that 99.999% of all Youtube “stars” are complete and total douches.

No, crazy-smart would be getting some rubes to try this and get caught so that Jalops have employment opportunities with border control:

Short answer from a guy that grew up driving cars from the early 80s. Any car today has more power than it needs to get in front of a bus. A BRZ is able to run the quarter in the high 14s, low 15s. Basically, about the same as a mid-80s Iroc Z-28, which was the baddest car on the street in the mid-80s.

This is a rally-bred vehicle. If any car could sell while covered in dirt, it’s a rally car.

I used to do that in my wrangler. Flat ground it chugged along fine. Going 41 in a 30 was fast enough, I had no reason to accelerate

Definitely would have made Patrick Henry reconsider his ultimatum.

You should consider swapping your car’s grating door chime for something a little more appropriate.

Finding a specific Subaru in Portland. This should be fun.

For Subaru, I would also add:

I might have to turn in my Jalop Card for this, but my answer is none. No car.

Easy win for the QX80. Gas and insurance are super cheap when you’re too embarrassed to take your car out of the garage.

Calling all Raptor owners:

Reds don’t need jerseys to honor the Bengals. All they have to do is go out and commit various felonies.

I’m a filmmaker from Canada and I am about to embark on an epic road trip to Buenos Aires, Argentina

But their guide dogs were pleading “No, no, press the other one…”!

“Over $1MM invested in this build, worth $20MM+, we know what we have, no lowballers or Palestinians. Bring a trailer.”

I think my 14' hatch is the real answer to all questions. Even more than the Miata

Everyone is being sane today, so I’m going to suggest a 60 year old former military vehicle from manufacturer who no longer exists, which might get you killed if you drive it in Boston, is full of British electrics, and has a dumb name.
