I've noticed that writers on this site frequently refer to post-partum depression (PPD). Is that a different thing to post-natal depression (PND), a regional term, or has the term just changed?

@perditamarie: You do know that Irish gypsies aren't ethnic gypsies, right?

I didn't know that Xenical was still around. I was just thinking the other day that aside from print ads in women's magazines for the pill, and a few tv ads for a steroid inhaler (for asthma), this is the only prescription medicine I have ever seen advertised in New Zealand. And I haven't seen advertisements for it

@plunk: Okay then, Roger McGough. NOT SO MOTIF-Y NOW!

A couple of years back, I decided to suck it up and quit wearing board shorts with my bikini. My reasoning being that if I always saw tourists and older women with a variety of different body shapes doing so, there was no reason why I couldn't.

Bluegrass Poet refers to a bird in both of those tweets. MOTIF!

Oh, rats! I only use MS Paint to create my ad copy!

@Girl_Unawares: He did slag her off extensively to the press.

In my defence, I thought I was pretty darn cute at the time.

One ticket for the second option, please.

@Feverlady von Nippon: Ha! I wanted to say this but wasn't sure if there would be, you know, repercussions...

@Aesop's Foibles.: Man, their minds are going to be SO blown when they do:

@banana_grabber: You can't just cut a bitch with butter knives!

@PintoBeans: I think they're intended to serve the function of curtain stays.

@bowleserised: Ooh, Liam Gallagher?! That's such a burn!
