Why don’t they just 3D scan the person? They’re already using their likeness, so rights can’t be the issue. I’m guessing because you’d have to travel and compensate for their time, and if you’re selling a few thousand units of each model it’s not economical. But that doesn’t explain why they don’t make a 3D model off…
