Despite want the Internet tells you, Apple didn't sue over "has big screen". They sued over a ton of things. Any one little thing you could argue is coincidence, but when it's like 5+ things it gets harder.

Well, I was dubious when they announced a reboot with new actors playing the old characters. I was pleasantly surprised with how it turned out. It wasn't perfect mind you, but much better than the TNG movies, good action, some nice references to the old series, and very nice FX. Good enough that I'm looking forward to…

I'd be willing to bet iOS 6 Gold Master will be released that day. I've been running the betas, and beta 4 (current) has been rock solid. And Apple has pulled the "and it's available. Today." thing before.

For what it's worth I've owned every iPhone since the original (apart from the 4s), as well as iPad 1 and the new iPad, and a 4th gen iPod Touch, I do some deving so I had all my UDIDs written down, and none were on this list. Has anyone actually found theirs here?
