Pinball Arcade is worth checking out! I was very impressed with the great selection of real tables, the accuracy of the tables, as well as the physics. I've been playing on my Retina Display iPad and its beautiful! It's obvious the programmers of this app have a real love for pinball.

It DEFINATELY qualifies as "retina", but the MBPr does have a higher resolution at 2880x1800. Either way, good that other manufacturers are jumping on board the high resolution band wagon! Guided access (in iOS 6 beta) and restrictions (already available) have this pretty well covered. It would also be fairly trivial for Apple to bring over multiple user accounts from OS X (people tend to forget iOS and OS X share the Darwin kernel and most libraries, iOS really is OS X with a different "skin").
