uTorrent used to be nice, but it's been bloatware forever now. On OS X I'd recommend Transmission, and it too has a remote client for smartphones/tablets.

Am I mistaken, I thought the whole point of the 48fps was so when 3D glasses split the image up you get the standard 24fps per eye? Instead of a headache inducing 12 fps per eye. Am I wrong on this?

I know some iOS games do multiplayer over Bluetooth (I'm pretty sure I'm remembering this). And since its under Privacy Settings, I'm assuming Apple did this so if some malicious app tries to establish a BT connect without asking you'll get the pop-up asking to OK it.
