No, this is more akin to me cloning a Mustang, then removing the ford badge, putting on a badge that reads "Robert Co", and calling it the Ponystang and then expecting Ford not to sue my ass to the dark ages.

Erm, Samsungs lawyers being incompetent isn't the judge being biased. Samsung dropped the ball, they knew when and how evidence has to be entered (or one would hope, with them being lawyers and all) and they didn't do it.

Now playing

Yes, it's called Passbook, and is in the iOS 6 beta:

If it's a developer log, it wouldn't be collecting the User Agent from the webbrowser, but the phones internal device ID, which can't be spoofed (or at least, no jailbreak developer has public ally discussed or released such a spoof).

+1, Informative.

Because without knowing the name, it makes sense to use the current naming scheme as opposed to just making something up?

Well, err, of course it will be. Larger screen = bigger, I don't think Apple is using bigger on the inside Tardis technology or anything.

Changing your user agent doesn't affect your phones model reporting, also, this is from an app developers logs, and the model info isn't pulled from your Safari UA string, but from core, unchangeable info from the device itself.

I've been jailbreaking since the original iPhone 2G, as far as I've ever seen/heard, you can't spoof the phones model number. You can spoof things like the iOS version, but I've never seen anyone spoof the model. If I'm wrong though, I'd love to hear about it!

A highly underrated movie, that :-)

Plus, only the Sith deal in absolutes.

Works "fine" on my new iPad, and by "fine" I mean "using the keyboard is much faster and more accurate". Also, somewhat it seems somewhat pointless since it enters your text as soon as you lift your finger, so if I try to write an "i" I end up getting an "L" when I lift my finger to dot the "i".

Apple makes good stuff. Get over it.

The funny part is you actually believe what you say.

Except after Apple demo'd iOS the first time Android was completely redesigned to look much more like iOS.

Weren't they Gozer worshipers?
