Ps- why the heck am I still in the greys? I’ve been a long time Jalop and was once not grey’d out. :(

Screw it not being an Audi. I want one BECAUSE it’s not an Audi. I like the idea of bringing my race tires to the autocross packed in my wagon right next to my daughter’s car seat. And I’ll like telling those German car snobs at the races that they just got schooled by an Opel...I mean...er Buick.

Mustang...humbling exotics since 1964.

Now playing

I bought this TR6 in Texas when I was in my early 20’s in the early 1990’s. My dad and I spent countless hours and my last few dollars rebuilding all the mechanical components and the engine. Years later a new baby and a tired family car meant my “6” had to go. Sold it to a surgeon in Tampa back in 1998 and never saw

I was a kid when the ‘Lil Red Express came out, I thought it looked stupid then. I must have good taste when I was a kid, because today it still looks stupid.

I think Conan O’Brien has better taste. He still owns his old Taurus SHO.

You guys need to hire me. I shoot/edit video for a living and I make a lot of car videos. Plus...I’m awesome and I don’t fart that much. Just youtube search my name: Ben Eytalis

I have owned my ‘04 Liberty Renegade for 11 years and 160k miles. It’s been beat on, ragged out, mudded up, rained in, and puked in. Solid from day one. If its supposed to be a peice of crap, no one told my Jeep.

I had thought it could be an Escort, but more specifically an early Escort EXP, but after looking more closely I’m starting to think its a Datsun B210 hatchback. The window shape is right, the side rear windows are right, it has the right amount of rear deck, and the plate and reverse lights are correct and this would

I have a soft spot for any and all Triumphs having owned a TR6 and now a Thruxton 900 motorcycle. Would love to have this cover framed. Where can we get back issues?

I’ve had my ‘02 SVT Focus since new. Still get compliments to this day. I think it’s pretty timeless, most people think it’s newer than it is. And props to Ford, this little car is a Porsche slayer at the local autocross and it’s reliable and docile around town too.

Doesn’t the “good” V6 have 283hp? Not too shabby if you can get one for around 20g. I mean you can buy that or a 7-10 year old Honda Odyssey (that’s going to have transmission issues) for the same price.

You know, the Maxima’s little brother the 1st generation Altima (‘93-’98) was no slouch. Same 150hp 2.4 liter from the 240sx, 5 speed manual, independent rear suspension, and all wheel discs and aluminum wheels on the SE and SLE. I autocrossed one for years. Fun, durable, and cheap. I see more of those surviving today

North of 3 grand, but I picked up an unmolested 83k mile 5 speed 5.0 Fox Mustang for $4700 bucks in Sarasota, Florida. Incidentally Hagerty qualifies it as a "classic." These seem to be enjoying appreciating values. Get one while you still can.

If that bike had wanted to initially evade the cop he could have as easily as he ultimately did. This HP cop was trying to be a tough guy and pin the bike to keep the bike from speeding off after the stop. A dangerous maneuver and I don't blame the biker for fleeing and getting out of a dangerous situation.

Ford SVT Focus. 170hp, 6 speed manual, big brakes, 17" wheels, sporty interior, real room for 4 adults, hatch back utility, fun and unusual car for less than half of your $10k. Get two.

I present the most average car of the 20-teens. It's not a car at all, but rather the ubiquitous crossover. The Nissan Rogue is the "SUV" designed by focus groups for the soccer mom that thinks by not driving a minivan it makes them less of a soccer mom. Extra points if its grayish-silver.

I think Toyota could have spun off the FJ Cruiser into a Jeep fighting line-up. And I think Torch is spot on with the Flex. I'd like to see a crew cab/extended cab Flex ranchero set-up. That'd be amazeballs.

I've owned my SVT Focus since new in '02. 150k trouble free autocrossed, track day, drag raced, daily driven miles. Hauls ass as well as it haul the kids. It's a fun little car that gives me no grief and returns nearly 30mpg. IF you can find one that hasn't been hacked up by a teenaged moron, it's a rewarding little

I can attest for the SVT Focus. Bought a new one in '02. Still have it. Problem free for 150k. Been a blast since day one. Autocrosser, drag race, track day, daily driven kid hauler. It does it all and delivers 28mpg. Best car I've ever had.
