This seems like the kind of story Tucker Carlson would make fun of and somehow tie it in to the “PC Mob” wanting people to stop using slurs and “forcing” hard-working, decent Americans to respect someone’s pronouns.

My reaction to Lovecraft Country and Watchmen were almost exactly opposite.

The show had two really great episodes. The first and the attack on Black Wall Street in Tulsa.

I never took “I was a child” to mean that she was literally a child, but just that Marion was a college-age teenager (say, 18 or 19), and he was 8 or 10 years older.  So she still felt like a kid in comparison to him, the older man.

Honestly, the takeaway I got from this was less “Jamie Kennedy isn’t woke enough” but “Jamie Kennedy gotta eat.”

I’m honestly puzzled by the vitriol about Whedon. It’s so intense and personal, and has an unhealthy fervor that’s outsized in comparison to his misdeeds.
