I’m very curious why a reviewer who hated the previous game was tasked with playing the next in the series. I haven't played it yet, but I really enjoyed Wildlands, and I'm not sure this review told me anything relevant to my experience. Seems a bit disingenuous, even if it's accurate.

I second this. Not a single person. Only the Aurora survivors that I know of having an opinion on this film.

Yeah, except... the “outrage” is fake here. I have spoken to exactly zero people who have an opinion on this issue. If the survivors of the mass shooting in Aurora have an opinion on another Joker movie in that theater, that’s completely their business. Let’s not pretend there’s a mass uproar over this, though,

I’m not sure you can compare that movie, where a bunch of bad guys are coming to kill him, so he kills them instead, with Joker. And... um... the whole John Rambo persona was created as a discussion about how we’re turning regular guys into trained murderers for reasons they don’t even understand, and then demonizing

Atlanta is great. Don’t judge an artist by not wanting to play the game. He didn’t want to do interviews, he didn’t love doing every show... but he’s still an artist. When he takes the time to make something happen he wants to happen, it’s worth the support. Certainly personal experiences can impact enjoyment, but

I kind of forget how everyone in these forums just likes to hear themselves talk and jump to conclusions. So rather than call you all idiots, I’ll say this is a really cool looking game that is obviously distinct from previous Avengers stories/actors, like Spider-Man PS4, and it looks great. If you’re too stuck in

LOL does it? Hahahaha. Breaking Bad didn’t even show up on Netflix until after Bryan Cranston won three straight Emmys for lead actor... and Aaron Paul one, for supporting actor. “Breaking Bad” owes its success to incredible pacing and performances, thanks.

And here’s NIN! My top 3 were Pearl Jam at Safeco, NIN at Mad Cool, and St. Vincent anywhere. David Byrne was great, though.

I was going to say “Interesting that nobody in the AV Club writing staff saw St. Vincent or NIN in 2018.” But you beat me to one of ‘em.

What? What is the math on $4/ticket in fees?!?

Yep. Many of us had to move from our non-Hollywood locale TO Hollywood to work in the production machine. Guess Georgians might have to move now too.

Typical. “We’re special! Don’t take away our jobs!” You know who would love to start hosting Hollywood? Michigan. Ohio. Kentucky. West Virginia. Georgia is not unique in their need for qualify careers. Your politicians made filming there desirable, now they’ve made it undesirable. NEXT.

I’m thinking the one person in this discussion who actually trades cash for small talk can use the same line. I find the whole Salty Waitress thing to be asinine one way or the other... customer service sucks. This isn’t reserved just for wait staff. I’m a lawyer and I hate dealing one on one with a percentage of my

At some point ya’ll have to wise up and realize that this guy said a bunch of awful things that would make people think he was a pedophile, THEN LATER went to a pedophile-themed costume party and posed for pictures with women dressed as babies and young children, and you’re not holding him accountable for that. I

Man, I do not understand all the twisting and turning to make James Gunn seem like some wronged innocent here. I just don’t get it. Yes, people hate the alt-right. Yes, people love to hate Disney. But Jesus H. Cripes, people USED to hate pedophiles more than both of those things. Nobody who goes to pedo parties, tells

Yeah, it seems pretty whack to just assume the worst without Brown even coming close to suggesting something bad. Former child star who blew up telling a younger child star to avoid internet crazies or whatever is perfectly okay. Just because he’s a guy doesn’t mean he’s a pervert. :\

That’s David Lynch for you. Always and forever.

This isn’t a MoviePass problem. It might be an AMC problem, though. I visit mainly Cinemark and Alamo Drafthouse, and the only limits are pricier 3D, Imax, or rumbling seats. I sit in recliners literally every time I go to the theater, if I want to.
