I love Yuji Naka (and it has nothing to do with the fact I’ve got his birthday forever memorized) but EVERYONE needs an editor.

Chewing gum is indigestible. I imagine someone heard that once upon a time, not know what indigestible means, and came up with this “7-years” story. You know what else is indigestible? Corn. If you’ve ever eaten corn, you can probably figure out what indigestible means.
I read the headline and came to comment about flipping my PS1 upside down. I’m so glad you referenced that in the article.
I think it’s the PSP for me. I just never felt like it got the software support it deserved, and it really suffered for not having that second stick. I had a pretty lousy experience with the early software on the thing, and the system would crash on waking way too often in the early days. The DS Lite was the nail in…
This came up recently. I had 118 stars in Super Mario 64, and took a break, lending the game to a friend. My friend’s little brother deleted my save. So I’ve never actually earned all 120 stars in Super Mario 64.
This prompted me to change my passwords and remove my credit card from my Origin account, which is, retrospectively, hilarious.
The issue isn’t that we want to play the same game at the same time. And I agree that that shouldn’t be allowed. The issue is wanting to play two different games at the same time on two different portable consoles.
But with Steam, you can launch a game while disconnected from the internet.
I gave up hope on a Switch port yesterday, so I’m not disappointed by this announcement. I’ve only played the two Nintendo Warriors games, so I’m probably in for this. As long as it’s got that styyyyylllllle.
I watched the trailer for this on Nintendo’s YouTube channel and assumed it was something special. I’ve got it on my wishlist.
(whispers) Club 96...
Maybe I’ll start playing this again... Cool.
Came here to say exactly this! It’s so great for Galaga and Ikaruga.
My dad was never keen on DIY hardware (he was really good at wiping his own hardrive somehow though...) but we definitely ended up at a few of these fairs in hotel banquet halls or the pop-up outlet spaces at the local dirt mall to look at all the software. I was remember paying $20 for a CD full of Shareware,…
I should pirate Spore... Maybe I can somehow utilize my launch day DVD copy and product key as part of that process...
Man... I got invested in this over the last month. What a letdown. This is what I used to hate about this show when it first started. Type advantage doesn’t matter. STAB just isn’t a thing in that world.
I’ve got my big studio monitor cans that I use for work. I don’t mind using an adapter if I can keep it in the same case. It’s the times I need cheap headphones because I left my cans at home, or when I’m at a party and I want to plug my phone into speakers or a stereo, or when I’m going somewhere by transit and want…
Toronto? Yeah? I got married in one of those buildings. Def using this wallpaper.
They stream because the hardware gives them the capability and the marketing gives them the want. There's an option built right into the controller to do it, and the PS4's main menu has an option to watch others play. Streaming is right there in your face.
I like a little Inside Baseball from time to time. Good read.
