My hopeful wish is that DigiHom won’t win. Not because of Jim sterling, but because if DigiHom would win after this goes through, the entire youtube gaming section is in danger. Digital Homicide does not realize their act of revenge could lead to a disaster to gaming on youtube specifically and Fair Use in general.

Criticism is not limited to opinions. There is subjective “worst game of the year”, such as “Oh they changed so much about the series I can’t like the new installments” or “Don’t like the gameplay here” but eventually the best reviewers will tell you “I can see why people like it”.
