Husband made his own seitan, then sliced it on the mandolin and gave it a rough chop before dousing it in homemade bbq sauce. Let it heat in the oven until dryish and caramelized. Served on Martin's potato rolls, with extra sauce and coleslaw (on the sandwich because that's good stuff.)
