I mean, Stede Bonnet was a suger cane plantation owner, wiping the shoes perhaps implies something else in this allusion...

As an actual pirate historian I’ll be here for a while. Anyone can ask me a question about the subject. I will watch the three episodes later today but first a few historical statements. I’m being a historian right here not a quality judge so I’m not saying any of this is bad entertainment wise.

Employed to protect human life, does not value human life. Just to be expected from a cop anymore. That woman pursuing a Masters degree probably had more value in her short life than this piece of shit ever will.

Cops hate the educated. They see them as a threat.

Just a few bad apples, right?

Yeah, it’s okay to have different opinions on a movie.

My favorite this episode was, “Fuck my old boots. Son of a bitch.”

I legitimately thought that John Slattery was going to be revealed as an energy vampire. That accent discussion and dissection sounds like something Colin Robinson would do if he ever thought of it. And... everyone who has ever been trapped in a conversation with an actor about his ‘craft’ knows that invoke the sort

That croaked out of the way...

I think that they should definitely do more Star Trek Movies along with the TV shows.

Spoiler: it’s not happening.

“Insufferable Musk™: The new fragrance by Ralph Lauren.

Definitely a hot take. By your own admission, your tastes changed. That’s not reflective of anything other than your palette. Meanwhile, you know what you can almost certainly buy in most of the places you used to buy beer? The same beers you liked from the same breweries with the same level of hops you liked before.

If a 127-year-old brewery couldn’t make it work, imagine the challenge ahead for the rest of them.”

It’s Sapporo’s fault. It’s the same reason Brooklyn Brewery is in decline because Kirin bought them out. It’s all about sales, not about quality.

I watched this back to back with Those Old Scientists and HOLY SHIT what a tonal whiplash. I loved how they both told very effective emotional stories in two different genres. I really do love what SNW is doing with the platform.

Now playing

Data did not kill anyone however wanting to and doing are different .

Dr Mumbles Straight up murdered a Diplomat ,lied and got away with it ,this is not Star Trek .

“Have you noticed how slow they talk? And so much whispering!”

One of the best episodes of Star Trek I have ever seen, They even redid the SNW intro in the LD style, and added little references here and there.

Don’t skip the opening credits. It’s brilliant.
