I actually haven't taken a look at your site yet, but the complaint seems to be that there's no sort of FAQ. You suggested using the videos (fine suggestion), but if someone searching out some sort of FAQ didn't find their way to the videos, you may want to rethink how you display them. Maybe put it more prominently…

I agree. Just save whatever amount you want and use that as your "pet insurance" if you never need it for your pets, you haven't wasted it on insurance, but it's there if you need it.
