Not trying to be snarky, but I bet it has to do with how many clicks they get on the Windows Phone links vs Android and iPhone. Not to mention, don't know how many of the writers have Windows Phones to test stuff out on. You might be shouting in the dark here.

Agreed, when I worked at the park district way back in high school, we had to spend about 2 hours a week just greasing all the machines. Pain in the butt, but worth it in the long run.

I was doing "Location" and in there at the bottom left it has "Net" and "GPS" buttons, both underlined blue (I assumed that is the on position). So I'd try cell towers if I could, unless that's what net means, in which case, I've tried both.

Well that's not saying you shouldn't grease them, just your less likely to have as many grease joints as before. I know I still have about 10-15 on my 04.

That's been my biggest annoyance with tasker (I'm a new Android guy on a nexus 5). I tried to make a task based on arriving at work, but I eventually had to go with the wifi connected thing at work. It works fine, but I work on a huge campus so I'm only actually at work for like 5% of being connected to the wifi...

But the argument I think you're missing is that an average QB wouldn't put up the number with that talent around him. It's tough to use his numbers in the way you're trying to say Rodgers, Mannings, and Brees are elite because they have elite players surrounding them. I think this was more aimed at; car broke down, dog racked up big vet bill, need a new sump pump today, etc, type of emergency. Don't think this was a "lost my job and need my savings to keep me afloat for a few months," type of emergency fund.
