I used to live in Chicago, and I was a United customer for years, flying in/out of O’Hare at least 2-3 times a month. When I transferred out to Portland for my job a few years back, I switched to Alaska, and I cannot tell you how happy I am with that decision. They matched the status I had on United, so from Day One,

Surprise! It looks like..... a mid-engine Corvette! Aside from some little details, I think we’ve pretty much known what this thing will look like for a long time now. I think it looks ok, although I really don’t care for the rear end. Something about that vaguely hexagonal license plate recess doesn’t work for me. Wha

I don’t hate this. It’s the wrong color (should be Championship White), and it’s at least $10k too expensive, but the Honda fanboy in me kinda loves it.

For me, I think it’s a combination of thalassophobia and megalophobia. But sunken shit kinda creeps me out too.

Fuck. That. Fuck all of that.

It’s mostly being near them. I love boats - I grew up spending my summers on my grandparents boat on Lake St. Clair in Michigan, canoeing in the Boundary Waters in Minnesota, etc, but being in the presence of a big assed ship like this really freaks me out for some reason.

I’m a white guy, and you know what makes me feel unsafe? I can sure as fuck tell you that it’s not black teenagers or rap music... it’s motherfuckers who look like this:

I have an irrational fear of large ships.

Damn... apparently the “economic anxiety” has even trickled up to YouTube executives. It’s hard out here for wealthy white dudes.

My first thought - “these white trash chicks are probably from Rockford.”

I prefer the old RSR exhaust note myself, but this isn’t a competition to determine the best sounding exhaust. As long as it’s fast, I don’t really care what it sounds like.

I normally agree, but I actually find the color combination on that Bentley to be quite tasteful.

Has everyone forgotten the TSX Sport Wagon? Honda reliability, decent mileage, comfortable, and infinitely cooler than a CRV or RAV4. Plus, you can easily find them in good shape and with relatively low miles for under $20k.

Interesting... I personally thought that they got it right with the last 718, because I’m of the opinion that the Boxster and Cayman should have been four cylinders all along. This coming from a guy who has a borderline unhealthy obsession with the 911 and that sweet, sweet flat six. Oh well, hopefully this means that

Aftermarket my dude.

Florida Man never fails to deliver.

Yep. It’s not exact, but it’s certainly derivative. You can see it in the “Y” in particular. The claim that they didn’t copy Whyte is complete and utter bullshit.

If you’ve never been here, you could be forgiven for believing that we’re all tree hugging liberal democrats, but if you get a few miles outside of the big cities on the I5 corridor, it’s a pretty fuckin’ red state. Once you’re on the east side of the Cascades, it’s pretty much all red. I don’t see Mango Mussolini

I’m in love. I need one of these things in my life.

Qualifying is basically the only thing that F1 has gotten right. It seems like it’s the only part of the race weekend that still offers any kind of suspense or variability in results. It’s usually a safe bet that you’re either going to get a Mercedes or a Ferrari in P1 at the end of the day, but it’s fun to watch the
