A few years back, there was a traffic accident near where I lived that involved a driver hitting an excavator that was parked on the side of the expressway in a construction zone. The driver was only doing 45 mph or so, but it still proved fatal. Ever since then, I've cringed a little bit whenever I see one of these

The Civic Type R isn't sold here because it's a hatchback and Americans hate hatchbacks. There's a WHOLE LOT of middle ground between the styling of the Type R and a "regular" Civic.

I love the W123, but there's just nothing that beats the 600 in my book. It's not often that engineers are given free reign to design a car without cost being brought into consideration.

Easy answer. It's the most Mercedes Mercedes ever to Mercedes.

I like the ridiculous spoiler. The front end and sides look a bit overwrought to me, but the more I look at it, the more I think that it's really the graphics that I don't like. I dig that red version. Looks much cleaner without the graphics.

Personal preference. Right now it's at 11. I'd prefer a 10. Actually, if they just ditched the graphics, that would probably go a long way.

Tone down the styling a bit, paint it white, and I'm sold. Oh, and, you know... bring it to America.

I need this in my life. I've got a lot of friends who live in the Phoenix area. I think I need to concoct a Torchinskian plot (http://jalopnik.com/5949166/how-to…) to steal this Golf R Wagon...

The MKII is by far my favorite of all the hot hatches. So clean. The MKI is cool, but the proportions of the II just look better to me. I'd love a modern version too.

MKII Golf/GTI. This is my favorite of all the hatchbacks.

My semi-retired dad just bought one of these things for he and my mom to haphazardly wield across the country. I was hoping that he'd do what normal people do and buy a winter home in Phoenix or something (they live in Chicago), but NO... he had to go and buy a bus... and a Wrangler to drag behind it. As a guy who's

I do like the new Accord, but I'm pissed that I can't get a 6 speed Accord Sport in white.. Regardless, if I was looking for a 4-door sedan in that price range, I'd be shopping the Accord against the Mazda 6 and the Hyundai Sonata, and I'm not sure that it would win.

I used to love Hondas. There was something about a Honda that just felt "right" to me. Like, a certain precision in all of the controls, the lightness of the clutch, the properly weighted steering... you could tell that they were designed and engineered by people who cared about cars, as opposed to the accountants who

No. No you are not. I'd take a P1 over this thing in a heartbeat.

Yes. Because freedom. Don't question my right to eat while driving, you godless Commie.

That looks to be a 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited, so it ptobably has the shitty Michelin (I think they're Michelins) "all season" tires that came from the factory. I think it's just bad driving combined with frustration. He probably can't understand how his unstoppable 4x4 can't make it's way out of a little snow drift.

So far, the best dealership experience I've had has been with Autobarn VW in Mount Prospect IL. The sales manager busted his ass to find me the MKVI GTI that I wanted, I got a great price on the car, a fair value for my trade, and every visit for service since then has been a pleasant experience.

I'm in the water/wastewater business and I've been to probably hundreds of wastewater treatment plants around the world, and never once have I seen a "toilet to tap" plant. For the most part, any "advanced" treatment facilities here in the US that use technologies like MBR treatment and UV disinfection produce
