I agree. I would be shocked if both Kristen and Brooke missed the final. I think it's a two-woman race from here on out. Not only does their food taste good, their level of sophistication in their cooking is just a cut above the other competitors.

What's with the knife guy judge in the Quickfire? The guy stood in a stance like he was going into a gunfight. I generally like the knife skill challenges, and I was okay with this one. My only disappointment is that you wouldn't use a chef knife for some of the tasks they were asked to do. Wrong tool for the job.
