Eve continually had a confused, startled expression on her face on both episodes. She reminded me of Kristen Wiig's baby-hands sister character on SNL's Lawrence Welk skit.

I hope Mr. Heisler will have better luck with the West Wing DVDs than we have been having. They are double-sided DVD discs, and I've had defective ones in both Season 1 and Season 3. The show will start to skip, more and more frequently until it is unwatchable.

All this love
I'm really surprised by the number of people that liked this movie. I was a huge KITH fan and came to the movie expecting a laugh riot. I remember smiling a few times, and actually laughing out loud at the scene where the gay dad runs out of the foxhole in assless chaps. But for me the movie was

I just finished watching the last season of West Wing on DVD, two nights ago. I always loved seeing Ron Silver's character on the show. Like Oliver Platt, he always gave the show an energetic shot in the arm.

Jim Rockford!

Great call, I would love to see Ruth Reichl as a guest judge on this show.

RETURN OF DILDO
It had only been a few weeks, but I didn't know how much I missed the easy laugh that is Dildo Beach Club.

Diet Dr. Pepper
I, for one, happen to like Diet Dr. Pepper. It pretty much tastes like Dr. Pepper, which is more than you can hope for with most diet sodas.

I really liked The Fountain when I saw it in theaters, but I really don't know if I could sit through it again. There was a lot of tears and heart-wrenching moments, I just don't know if I could subject myself to it again.

Our country's oil companies: funding the freedom of expression on the AV Club comment boards since 2006.

Hangin With the Homeboys
I remember first seeing Leguizamo in the under-appreciated film "Hangin with the Homeboys", where he played a shy guy not sure if he wanted to go to college. It was the only nuanced performance I think I've ever seen him give. I saw him on Broadway when he did his one-man show "Freak", and

My favorite line in Robocop is from Kurtwood Smith. When he barges in on the young exec sniffing coke off the two skanks, he barks out "Bitches, leave!"

I had a roommate who was a Buffy / Angel fan, and she got me into Angel. I watched the first three seasons on DVD, and the fourth and fifth seasons while they aired. As much as I loved the show, and Firefly / Serenity afterwards, I have never been able to bring myself to go back and watch Buffy. I can't put my

They should at least capitalize it differently, like DiLido.

Didn't Barry Bostwick play George Washington in some TV miniseries, where they basically reduced the First President's whole life down to whether or not he would screw his friend's wife?

The Fresh Air interview recently was the best one I've heard in a while. It just came off as so raw and authentic, that this guy has some serious demons that he's so open and honest about. It made for fascinating and funny radio.

The blonde bimbo was Courtney Thorne-Smith, and she was trying to ride her then-popularity with Melrose Place into a movie career. I just saw this recently because ESPN'S Bill Simmons referenced it. Norm probably single-handedly relegated her to "According to Jim" drek.

No, Bono *took* the biggest shit in the world. According to South Park.

I haven't paid just $6 for a movie in fifteen years. I need to see movies where you're at.

Bryan Brown
Bryan Brown, that's a name I haven't heard in ages. He was good in The Thorn Birds and F/X.
