I'm all for restrictions, if you're uploading those creations for other players to use. The devs are allowed to regulate anything that effects other players.

I think people want to play as the character they liked when he was still wrestling. It's like how people still use Ray Rice in Madden, or still watch The Cosby Show.

I don't know, I think it's more conditioning on some levels. Some would likely be down to potential issues with anger, sure. But what he did has been done as a prank numerous times before, without "mental issues" being brought into it.

They are finished when they are finished. Nobody is forcing these people to do them. They are doing them in their free time because it is fun, receiving no compensation during development or after release. Perhaps they will never be finished.
