I’ve had 2.5 slims fail, 3 originals. I’m basically 100% failure rate on them. I say 2.5 for silks cause my third one is overheating. It needed it’s plastic removed (even the hdd case who in there right mind approved that?) And a fan directed at the cup cooler & hdd for it to be stable. The slim is just as unreliable…

On a side note, m$ & p$, and anyone else who wants to make a gaming console, let multiple mfgs make hardware for them, let us build our own consoles, akin to PCs, let us upgrade graphics cards and cpus over the course of the life of then console gen. ooh wait, maybe i should just get a steam box.....
