Realize for a second that they’re as long as an 18 wheeler and you start to comprehend that 18,000lbs of fuel isn’t that big of a deal.

Agreed. This is pretty poor photography.
Most people charge at home anyway.
ROI would probably be higher lol
Damn, want, bad.

Ever slide a car sideways into a curb at 10km/h and bend a tie rod or control arm? Yeah...same deal.
They DO NOT use thrust! The rotation of the blades act exactly the same way as an airplane wing does to create lift. Only a helicopter spins it’s wings to get the air movement whereas a plane orients them to move through the air along with it’s forward motion.
And usually an AWD system and more standard features and it is still physically a bit bigger (more materials), and they usually have more standard features.
Yeah, why would Toyota even make it when you could buy the Lexus instead? At the price difference, the Avalon makes no sense.
Snow tires can be added whenever, you can’t just add AWD.
Snow tires over the life of the vehicle are essentially free (if you keep the vehicle long enough that you’d wear out two sets of tires). There’s no point not doing it.
Because almost all AWD vehicles short of maybe Subaru decouple the rear (or front depending on the bias) during normal driving. There’s nothing special Mitsubishi is doing it whatsoever.
AWD + Snow Tires in Canada...we know how it’s done. It’s the best option and honestly the stability AWD provides on top of just pure…
Love the heated steering wheel in my Lexus...in the winter up here in Canada it makes a world of difference.
Though nothing beats the heated seats in my old Mazdaspeed 3...I don’t know how Mazda does it so right but those were toasty, rotary dial of 1 (comfy and warm) to 5 (holy crap my ass is burning).
The heated…
What’s funny Alanis is that most tach’s are notoriously inaccurate, often off by several hundred RPM...so knowing when to shift at redline by looking at the tach is likely to be wrong. Run into the limiter a few times on purpose, learn the feel/sound of the engine at high revs, and shift that way. I wouldn’t want to…
Most temp gauges are dummy gauges anyway with only a few fixed values that they can read at. Very few accurately show temperature.
Tax the corporations enough and they’ll just move elsewhere and then you won’t even have a job. Good luck with that.
Two (or more) trained medical personal coming to your door with ten’s of thousands of dollars of specialized lifesaving equipment and bringing you to medical care but costs $500-1000 is criminal? Sounds like a bargain to me.
I forget the documentary I saw on it, but they planned their drives in such a way that they’d have enough time to walk back to the lander if the rover ever broke even at the furthest distance they could be.
Can someone please photoshop in front of the wheels to body colour...it might actually look good then.
