Who do you think does a good job?

I bought from a local shop. It went out of business 6 months later. And yeah, I have a warranty on my electrical system. Turns out the warranty doesn’t magically make parts appear, or make it any easier to diagnose problems. I’m not complaining about the expense of the bike, I’m just saying it’s a headache.

Your biting wit has convinced me that I’m wrong. My bike isn’t out of commission right now, every bike mechanic who’s looked at it has easily figured out what’s wrong, and all the parts it needs are very standardized and in stock locally.

I’m talking about my experience owning a Douze electric cargo bike for the last year. Getting parts is a pain. Maybe I’m just disgruntled because the bike is in the shop this week.
