Yes. I love my local credit union. If I have a problem, I can easily call or walk in to talk to somebody. I have a Visa through there, and if I call to say I'll be traveling, they not only make the notation but ask me about my trip and wish me a pleasant vacation. Accessible humans. Very nice.
