Friend of mine had a nephew encountered similar hazing but, according to the state police who talked to he and the principal at B.I.C high school in Monette, Ar, there wasn’t any penetration so it wasn’t a crime. That was way back in 2013 when we didn’t have all those anti hazing laws... Oh wait.
