Sorry if I sound dumb, but what do you mean by plug and charge? I can do that with my Taycan at EA stations. It automatically recognizes the car. For EVgo stations, I have a card and I just tap the machine which is a lot easier than refueling with gas.

That’s going to get into a chicken and egg thing. On a normal day without a major storm, SW crappy scheduling stuff works ok. But on a bad day, it doesn’t. This mess was triggered by storms, which SW doesn’t have control over. But, other companies reacted better because they have better scheduling software*.
